Picaro’s Log

I was missing in action again for the past 9 days on the net. Yeah, I’ve worked 9 days in a roll. Usually I will stand a chance to at least login in to my mail box, well, the past whole week was busy and most of the time I wasn’t in office… where was I? well, at Astro.
Last week was the studio recording for the Lillian Too show.  My post? AC - well, stands for Audience Coordinator. My job? Every morning , I was gadgeted with a walkie-talkie,( I.. no no.. we all looked cool with the walkie and on smart dress…mostly with dark jacket… we looked kinda like FBI kakakak)  AC jobs mainly dealing with the audience - contact audiences, gave briefing to audiences, listening to complains of audiences, run here run there,walk in walk out the studio before and after the recording, staying in the studio during recording … and bla bla bla.. ( kinda like a PR work, huh?). The first few days of the week was mainly about meetings and preparation for the shooting, getting familiar with Astro’s place ( the studio, the cafe, the loo and so on) , rehearsal and bla bla bla. The actual recording days were Thus till Sun, thats mean… I worked even on the Sunday :(( . Starting from the call time of every morning till the wrap, we ( the ACs) could hardly find a time to rest, well, not even during our lunch break. There will still be crews walkie-ing u even when u are in the middle of having your lunch or even in the loo…
Ohya about the walkie - talkie…. Although I kinda like to carry the walkie ( I feel that I looked cool with it - hahaha) but its not fun especially when someone walkied u on your left ear ( we use hand-free headphone and mic) and at the same time the audiences or other people are talking to u … ….. … so who should I listen to huh???? But, there are also fun time when we secretly change the channel to talk some gossips and nonsenses kekekkekekeee…. ….

Well, the benefits of doing the shows… getting to know a new groups of mates that are fun, helpful and cheerful to be with and also some Feng - Shui knowledges , the Auspicious and Afflications, the best direction, and stuff… !

After the Lillian Too show, I though I would have a good rest - for the Deepavali holidays, but who knows I was appointed to follow another Shooting on the Deepavali.  ~ Sigh~ gotta work la… what to do?

And then, finally I got a day off for today after those tired work , gotta do the 10 days laundry  ( wahhhh) , car wash and stuff ! Aloh…. Here I WRAP!
P/s : WRAP - is the favourate word of mine for the shooting day !
